1) Programme Evaluation
We evaluate technology and innovation programmes to measure the return on investment and gather evidence of effectiveness in meeting programme objectives.
Evaluations are conducted before, during or after the programme investment is made, and may be partial (sample and case study based) or exhaustive and involve multiple analytical approaches. Our capability in this area is supported by our strong technology programme management experience and socio-economic expert associates.
2) Technical Due Diligence
We undertake technical due diligence studies for proposed investments ranging upwards from £1 million. This includes purchase of companies, venture investments and other investments in technology.
We also conduct project health-checks and stage-gate reviews for major technical investments, especially for government.
