Bid Drafting Service

Putting together a successful EU funding bid can take a lot of time and divert internal resources away from other activities, representing a significant financial and opportunity cost.

Quotec’s drafting service delivers better proposals with increased chances of achieving funding.  We work with consortia to guide and manage writing activities, as well as managing consortia based workshops to drive the bid writing process to a successful conclusion.  We liaise with the European Commission to identify specific areas of the proposal that need strengthening, provide templates with guidance notes and generic sections, and can perform all administrative duties for submission of proposals.

We will also help to identify and recruit partners for new proposals using our network of associates across Europe and elsewhere and the network of national contact points appropriate to the specific topic of interest.

In the last five years, Quotec staff have bid for 18 projects with a success rate of 67%, well above the EU average of between 20 and 35%, depending on Call area.
