EU Project Management

Quotec can deliver all the administrative aspects of Framework Programme projects in line with the European Commission contract, allowing partners to focus on delivering the scientific and technological objectives of the project.

We work closely with consortia to ensure that projects are being successful delivered, both technically and financially. This avoids serious issues such as under-payment and/or termination of the project. Our experienced team will take responsibility for the overall legal, contractual, ethical, financial and administrative management of the consortium, including:

• Preparing and collating deliverables and milestone reports for EC analysis.
• Preparing, updating and managing the consortium agreement between the participants.
• Overcoming administrative and contractual issues within the partnership and the European Commission.
• Organising Project Management and Exploitation Board meetings.
• Collating cost statements and audit certificates for financial reporting to the EC.
• Preparing for and facilitating audits by EC staff.
• Coordination at consortium level of participant contractual obligations and collective responsibilities.
• Communications between consortium partners, and between the consortium and the European Commission.
