Quotec Limited is a consultancy that has been supporting the exploitation of technology since 1984. We help our clients to create wealth and social improvement from new and improved technology. We specialise in industrial innovation processes and technology transfer/knowledge transfer between the science base and industry. Quotec’s vision is to be a strategic partner for improving technology exploitation in both the public and private sectors.
Quotec provides programme management services in technology programme design and delivery and evaluation/impact assessment. We manage technology development and technology transfer programmes, investment readiness training and mentoring programmes and innovation promotion and networking programmes. We conduct this work mainly for public sector clients, but with strong industry involvement. Assignments are often multi-annual and involve close partnership with the programme funding bodies.
Quotec also provides private and public sector clients with technology strategy services including Technology Due Diligence, Technology Intelligence/Technology Scouting and Innovation Strategy development. Assignments are usually of several months duration.
We have core expertise in materials and health/medical technologies and industries. We also have broad technical expertise in several sectors, giving us the capability to provide technology and innovation support in many areas. Our work is ISO 9001 certified.
