Evaluations of projects and programmes can be conducted before, during or after investment has been made and may be on a sample or case study basis, or may be exhaustive – involving multiple analytical approaches.

Our experience in evaluating individual projects and project applications has provided robust and independent assessment for programme sponsors, providing a measure of the expected impact and return on investment as evidence of effectiveness in meeting programme objectives.
The Higher Education Funding Council for England commissioned Quotec to undertake an in-depth evaluation of six university projects piloting new forms of engagement with small companies. 
Quotec were commissioned by the Department of Health in 2008 to assess the impact of the New and Emerging Applications of Technology (NEAT) funding programme. 
Quotec provided the National Research Foundation of South Africa with an evaluation of the likely benefits that would flow from a major investment in radio telescopes.
