Service Quality

We recognise the importance of delivering high quality outputs whilst working flexibly with our clients. To achieve this we have developed and implemented the Quotec Quality System which is based upon strong project management processes, effective staff development and robust IT systems.

Our current quality system is ISO 9001:2000 certified. It is annually inspected by independent auditors and continually evolves to adopt good practice.

Amy Skinner is responsible for maintaining Quotec's IT systems and for maintaining Quotec's Iso 9001:2000 Quality certification. Amy is a materials scientist and also manages technology and knowledge transfer projects.

Iain Bagnall is responsible for maintaining Quotec's IT systems. He works closely with CSIR's IT department to ensure that our IT systems are robust, reliable and capitalise upon new developments in technology.
